Well, it’s pretty simple really.
Other meal prep programs aim for healthy ingredients, but they don’t know how to portion them out to help you actually reach your goal. AND they aren’t watching the sodium content, which is where a lot of that discouraging water weight can come in once it’s time to step on the scale.
Unlike them, we aim to make every meal balanced and low in sodium. And we even make the meals for you so you don’t have to worry about grocery shopping, OR cooking, OR portioning everything out. All you have to do is pick up your meals from our studio at your chosen pick up time and heat them up.
